About Us — Buildit 1
From Florida to Pennsylvania — Decades of Experience, One Promise: Reliability
At Buildit 1 LLC, we believe construction is about more than lumber, nails, and tools — it’s about trust.
For years, we’ve built that trust with homeowners and businesses in Florida. Now, we’re bringing our skills, work ethic, and community focus to Kersey, Pennsylvania and the surrounding 100-mile radius.
We handle everything from quick repairs to large-scale remodels and new builds — but no matter the size of the job, our approach is the same: do it right, keep it within budget, and treat every project like it’s our own.
Hands-On Leadership: Mike and Ricky are personally involved in every project — you’ll never be handed off to someone you’ve never met.
Full-Service Skills: From siding and roofing to kitchens and bathrooms, we’ve got the experience to handle almost any construction need.
Budget-Friendly Options: We work with materials and plans that match your budget without sacrificing quality.
