A Note From Mike & Ricky
“We know inviting someone to work on your home or business is a big decision. We want you to know that when you choose Buildit 1, you’re not just getting a contractor — you’re getting two people who take pride in every nail, board, and detail. We’re looking forward to becoming part of the Kersey community and meeting the neighbors we’ll be working for. Whether it’s a small repair or a big dream build, we’ll treat it like it’s our own.”
Mike Miklautsch
Ricky Kosmiski
Owner - Operator - Project Manager
Construction Manager
With more than 35 years in the construction industry, Mike doesn’t just oversee projects — he works right alongside the crew. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, Mike makes sure every detail is handled with care. Clients trust him because he’s just as skilled at planning a project as he is at getting his hands dirty to get it done right.
Ricky brings 10 years of hands-on experience and a knack for keeping projects moving smoothly. He manages day-to-day operations, coordinates with clients, leads the crew, and jumps in wherever needed. When Ricky’s on the job, nothing gets overlooked and everything runs on schedule.
